This Privacy Policy explains how iRayt Technologies Limited collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data through the iRayt platform. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

Who We Are

iRayt is a real-time customer feedback and staff performance management platform operated by iRayt Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria ("iRayt", "we", "us", or "our").

Data We Process

Ratings submitted via QR code without any identifying information are processed anonymously.
Where a customer voluntarily provides identifying information — such as their name, email address, or phone number — when submitting a rating, this is processed lawfully on the basis of consent and used only for the stated purpose (e.g. service follow-up or recovery by the relevant Business Client).
Business Clients, Staff Members, Managers, and Administrators provide account information (such as name, email, and role) when registered on the Platform.

How We Use Data

Personal data collected through the Platform is used to operate the rating and staff performance features described in our Terms of Service, including making feedback available to the relevant Business Client and its designated managers, and enabling service follow-up where a customer has voluntarily provided contact details.

Data Protection Commitments

iRayt is registered as a Data Controller and Processor under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and holds an NDPC Registration Certificate and NDPA Audit Trust Mark.
Customer ratings submitted without identifying information are processed anonymously.
Where customers voluntarily provide personal information, this is processed lawfully on the basis of consent and used only for the stated purposes.
iRayt does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data is hosted on secure infrastructure, subject to formal data protection agreements.

Business Client Obligations

Business Clients are responsible for complying with the NDPA and any other applicable data protection laws in their own handling of customer and staff data obtained through the Platform, as set out in our Terms of Service.
